Donn\u00e9es collect\u00e9es<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Nom, pr\u00e9nom<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adresse e\u2011mail<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Num\u00e9ro de t\u00e9l\u00e9phone (si fourni)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Disponibilit\u00e9s (d\u00e9clar\u00e9es ou issues d\u2019un agenda connect\u00e9)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identifiant de session et journaux techniques anonymis\u00e9s<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>AdHoras\u00ae <strong>ne collecte pas<\/strong> les messages, contacts, contenus de mails, fichiers, photos, vid\u00e9os ou historiques de navigation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Finalit\u00e9s<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Les donn\u00e9es servent uniquement \u00e0 :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>constituer un groupe,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>proposer des cr\u00e9neaux communs,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>envoyer des invitations,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>cr\u00e9er un \u00e9v\u00e9nement (si autoris\u00e9),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>g\u00e9n\u00e9rer un lien de r\u00e9union,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>assurer la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 du service.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Aucun usage commercial ou publicitaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Clause obligatoire Google<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><em>L\u2019utilisation et le transfert par AdHoras\u00ae des informations re\u00e7ues des API Google respecteront le Google API Services User Data Policy, y compris les exigences d\u2019usage limit\u00e9 (\u201cLimited Use\u201d).<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. Purpose of the Application<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>AdHoras\u00ae allows users to form a group and identify compatible availability slots for professional, association, residential, or personal purposes.<br>AdHoras\u00ae implements strict <strong>privacy<\/strong>, <strong>security<\/strong>, <strong>data minimization<\/strong>, and <strong>ephemeral storage<\/strong> principles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Data Collected<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>First name, last name<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Email address<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Phone number (if provided)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Availability data (declared or synced from a connected calendar)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Session identifiers and anonymized technical logs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>AdHoras\u00ae <strong>does not<\/strong> collect messages, contacts, email contents, files, photos, videos, or browsing history.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Purposes<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Data is used solely to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>create a group,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>identify compatible availability,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>send invitations,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>create events (if authorized),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>generate meeting links,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ensure security and service operation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>No advertising, profiling, or commercial use.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Google\u2011Required Clause<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><em>AdHoras\u00ae\u2019 use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. Data Retention<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Automatic deletion after confirmation, cancellation, or inactivity.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Logs: retained for up to 7 days.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Immediate deletion upon request.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5.
